Designing Personality

A Parenting Program
The Designing Personality program helps schools build a strong partnership with parents by providing structured workshops that guide families through different stages of a child’s development. The sessions support parents in understanding emotional growth, communication, behaviour patterns, and healthy digital habits so that learning at home and school moves in the same direction. The program is conducted in three parent segments: Early Years Parents (3–6 years), Primary Years Parents (7–10 years), and Elementary Years Parents (11–14 years). Topics covered include holistic development, emotional intelligence, communication, digital wellbeing, and addiction awareness.

Heartful Beginning

Early-age Educator Development Program
Heartful Beginnings is an educator development program designed to help teachers understand how young children learn and how meaningful classroom experiences can be created. The program combines insights from developmental psychology, brain science, and holistic education principles to support teachers in designing play-based learning environments aligned with NEP 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational Stage. The program is delivered through structured educator development workshops for early years teachers, helping them understand the whole child, the 7 Quotients framework, and the role of the educator as a conscious catalyst in the learning process. Concepts covered include understanding the whole child, brain science in early years, designing play-based learning experiences, educator–child relationships, and parent–teacher communication skills. The training aligns with NEP 2020, NCF-FS, and NISHTHA ECCE guidelines, helping schools strengthen early childhood practices expected under current education policy.

The Foundational Years Support Program is a comprehensive model designed for schools that want to strengthen early childhood education through aligned educator development, parenting engagement, and classroom resource support. The program helps schools integrate NEP-aligned practices while providing teachers with structured content and parents with guidance that supports children’s growth both at school and at home. The program combines educator development workshops, parenting sessions, and access to progressive classroom resources across four levels — Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, and UKG. The resources include concept stories, structured workbooks, printable teaching materials, activity-based learning ideas, and rhymes, designed to integrate smoothly with the school’s existing curriculum.
